First time visit! The food was delicious and amazing. I should have known from the long line of people waiting to order. No worries, the line moved quickly. I never knew healthy food could taste so good. A second, third and fourth visit is being planned. I'm guessing they are a pet friendly restaurant because a few customers eating outside, on the patio, had their dogs.
Fresh Kitchen is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is delicious. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
I bought a family meal and it was really good. The portions were just very small compared to getting a three bowl. The staff was beyond kind and accommodating.

Food is so good! The food has good flavor and not bland and the sauces are a great addition. I haven’t had a bad bowl yet! The drinks are also lightly sweetened and refreshing. They also are keto friendly!
This is a nice place to grab a quick heathy lunch. Lots to choose from. They have outdoor seating and good service.
We enjoyed dine in with 2 bowls with 6 items and a kids bowls with 3, one base, one veggie, and one protein. Some of our faves are the bases of sweet potato noodles, kale salad, and cauliflower potato mash. Our fav veggies are the grilled broccoli, golden chickpeas with a savory sauce and the awesome sweet potato chunks. My fav protein is the almond baked chicken which is the worlds best version of chicken strips. A few options like salmon are an up charge. Add on include Parmesan cheese, pico de gallo and guacamole. 4 sauces include a great spicy one and a balsamic. Drinks include fountainhead sodas mostly made with sugar and one zero calorie. Three kinds of teas are natural from unsweet to lightly sweetened with honey. Accessible van parking that is free and tight parking. If you want an amazing clean eating experience Fresh Kitchen is THE BEST bar none! I can only hope that the man behind FK reads this and opens another location in North Pinellas County! You arrive and the line looks hopelessly long, but there is a little sign promising you that you’ll be eating your food within an eight minutes - and they are not kidding. The friendly young staff helps you build your bowl of bases, proteins, veggies, add-ons, sauces & toppings. Everything is clean, healthy and well prepared. Staff is able to tell you exactly what ingredients are in every item. The place is always hopping and rightfully so. Don’t be scared off by the line. I promise you they really do get you out of there in eight minutes. It’s amazing. C’mon up and see us, FK - Largo needs you!
